Welcome to CDL ART—which stands for Christian D. Lindner, a Buffalo, New York–born visual communicator and graduate of Villa Maria College and Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). His creative journey began in graphic design and has evolved into a deeply expressive artistic pursuit after print design. From small scale mural art, life size 3D printed installations, wooden scroll saw art, his niche copper polishing or splashing up social media... In the past few years he's contributed his craft to the city of Buffalo community events such as: 'Stars for Hope' an event by Natale Builders, Music Is Art by Robby Takac, A Habitat for Humanity fundraiser, Buffalo Runway in the plaza and The Old Firsward Art & Hertiage Fest which he has been a recipient of a small grant to participate the past two years.
Christian’s earlier artwork was best known when showcased nationally through the store Urban Outfitters, where he and an author in WNY got published by a division of Random House for a humor book (which was the first ever to go to reprint). He later moved to Chicago to pursue his dream of working as a designer. After returning home, he contributed his talents to a variety of regional industries and community initiatives.
However, he takes the greatest pride in supporting the disability community, helping individuals pursue their dreams and aspirations as a mentor. He enjoys working with artists Chris Muranyi and Ben Furner in that community as all three have shown their ability in the word disability.
